Hassle Free Returns

If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your items. We’ll even cover the shipping cost in the U.S.

  • Return within 30 days only

    If the items you ordered are not what you expected, we will gladly offer a refund on your original method of payment within 30 days. For holiday returns: Orders placed between November 25th and December 25th, are eligible to be returned by January 31st.

  • Return new items only

    Returned items must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, or hair and with the original hang tag attached.

  • Some items can’t be returned

    Please note, all international orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Keep tags on

    All Tomorrows Laundry garments have a hang tag attached. Please keep this tag on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.

How long will it take for my return to process?

We work diligently to process your returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 to 5 days once the return package has been delivered to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 days for the return credit to be posted to your bank statement.

What if there’s a quality issue with my items?

Tomorrows Laundry’s quality is guaranteed for 30 days after purchase. If you have any concerns about the workmanship of our products send them back (shipping is on us), no questions asked. Simply click the button at the top of the page to initiate your hassle free return.

What can I do if my package has went missing?

If for any reason your package has been marked as delivered and you are still not able to locate it, fear not you are fully covered as long as our package protection has been purchased at checkout. This insurance covers damage, loss, and theft. To begin the claim process please feel free to click HERE. At this time if our package insurance is not purchased at checkout, unfortunately we are not able to cover a replacement package/refund.

How do exchanges work?

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Initiate a Hassle Free Return at the top of this page.
  2. Pick the items you would like to return and exchange for.
  3. Send the return items on its way with the provided shipping label (please be sure items are still unworn/unwashed and still have the tags attached).
  4. An exchange order will be placed and shipped to you with the items you would like in exchange.
